Please include a complete name, UPS or USPS deliverable address, daytime phone number, and a description of the concern with the product. Outbound warranty shipments from FirstEdge™ will be returned to you at our expense.
FirstEdge™ knives have extremely sharp edges and sharp tips. It is imperative that knives be very carefully wrapped and packed to ensure that tips and blades do not penetrate packaging.
